BEN provides the opportunities for families to come together and have fun! We have our fall Social which is a Halloween Dance that kicks off our bookfair, Roller Skating parties and hopefully this year a family sledding day!
Educational Opportunities in Class
BEN provides the opportunities for the teachers to bring in educational programs to the classroom that mirror the curriculum. Just some of these programs have included : Mobile Planetarium, Nickel City Reptiles, P.E. Gang Books, Erie Canal Presentations, Native American Speakers, Hawk Creek Wildlife, Book Authors, and many more.
Snow Flake Shop
The Snow flake shop is store we set up in the blue gym that gives the students an opportunuty to purchase inexpensive gifts for the holidays
Art Supplies
We provide Mrs. Bloom with a budget of $600 that she can use for extra art supplies for student projects.
Scholastic News
Through the book fair we earn Scholastic dollars. Using our Scholastic dollars BEN purchases Scholastic News that is used in the classrooms as an educational tool.
Staff Appreciation Lunch
The Staff appreciation lunch is chance for us to say thank to all the teachers and staff for all their hard work, by bringing in a catered lunch for the day.
