New Business
Introduction of the PTO Officers
- Jena Fiorella
President PTO – Jena has 2 girls in 5th and 2nd Grade as well as a 4-month-old! She has been involved with the PTO for the past 5 years, but this is her 4th as Co-President - Aline McIntyre
PTO Co-President – Aline’s son in 4th Grade. This is Aline’s first year as co-president but has been volunteering in different capacities for 4. - Stacy Hoelter
Vice President – Stacy has 2 sons, in 4th Grade and Kindergarten. 4th year on the PTO. Also serves as the donation chair. - Heather Olrich
Treasurer – Heather has a son in 4th Grade – This is her 2nd year on the PTO board. - Jennifer Wolff
Recording Secretary – Jennifer has a 4th Grade son and a daughter in Kindergarten. This is her 2nd year on the board. She also maintains the Website and manages the Yearbook. - Theresa Barry
Corresponding Secretary – Theresa has a a son in 4th grade and a daughter in Kindergarten. She also has a child in the Middle School. This is her 3rd year with the PTO.
Information from Nora O’Bryan – Principal
- The school is monitoring / improving the Pickup situation. They have added a 3rd pick up line to speed things up in the meantime. Suggestions welcome.
- Additional adjustments are being made for Arrival as well. Look for updated information coming home
- Superintendent at school to evaluate other options

Upcoming Events
Mum Sale
- Friday is absolute last day for mum sale.
- We have sold 875 Mums as of 9/15!
- Pickup will be on 9/22 from 2:30-5:30pm behind blue gym near pickup.
Picture Day
- September 29
- There will no be studio photos. Pictures must be taken at the school. There will be a picture retake day scheduled if you miss or are unhappy with the current photos.

Scholastic Book Fair – Oct 18-20
- In school / In Person fair.
- No fall social / Halloween Party
- Volunteers will not be needed. Teachers will help the classes
- In place of fall social – building goodie bags, craft with bookmarks, crayons etc. Looking for other ideas and collecting any donations! Contact Aline or Jena with thoughts!
Errick Road Bash
- Cancelled due to Covid
NOTICE: Errick Road is looking for lunch monitors, classroom substitutes and aides – call 215-3005 for more information. Super flexible position. Doesn’t need to be every day! Great way to get back into school to see kids!
