Meeting was called to order at 6:50pm by Julie who welcomed everyone & started the pledge

Officer Reports:

  • Merrie-Carole went over a few thank you cards

  • The minutes from the officers meeting was shared

  • Julie went over the treasurer’s report. Current balance is $21087.04

– poinsettia sale made: $942.40

– snowflake made: $952.18

– box tops made $606.16

Chairperson Reports:

  • Pasta sale fundraiser had 76 families participate and made a profit of $2591.20

  • ​

  • Chocolate Sale is starting Jan. 23rd. It will run till Feb. 10th and is thru Niagara Chocolates

  • Bounce Magic is offering a reward for the student and class that collects the most Box Tops

New Business:

  • Renee T. suggested we go through Keith that does Spirit Wear for t-shirts for concerts

  • Nora gave the go ahead to decorate the foyer with conversation Hearts for the secret valentines project

  • The group agreed to fund the reward store and Nora explained more about it. Each month there will be a focus on a new good behavior.

  • There was discussion about Bandits Game Night, Paint Night & sledding Day

Other:

  • Nora shared the following:

  • Next Parent University is Thurs. Jan. 19th at Colonial Village. Its starts at 6pm

  • There will be a new report card for next school year that is more parent friendly
