School Updates

Final survey for virtual/in-school students is coming soon. You will be choosing in person or remote for the remainder of the school year. If you are not changing, no response is required.

Quarantine Procedure Updates: If someone in classroom tests positive, quarantine not mandatory in the class. Quarantine depends on exposure limits as defined by the state.

As of now Errick Road cases appear to be due to spread outside of school setting.

NEW COLOR – Black in quarter zip jacket.
Possible Color Options Ash Grey vs Red? In discussions now to determine potential of ordering grey every other year.

Falcon Mascot

New Idea – Build your own mascot – Interactive group craft over Zoom
Parents would purchase kit with a  non-stuffed falcon in it, possible shirt/clothing. End of year keepsake?

The PTO is also looking to purchase our own Errick Road Falcon Mascot costume? Options will be presented at next meeting. For use during events and assemblies as needed.

 

 

Art Paint Night Event

Virtual Paint Night instructed by the Art Teacher.
Parents would prepay for canvas and paint – to be distributed with kids at pickup / home. Dates and Ideas coming soon.
Parent volunteers would be needed to prepare paint kits for students. Contact Jena if interested.

Virtual Parent Group

Send home reminder to parents / students in Virtual program to join the PTO with information regarding upcoming events and meetings.
