Enrollment Status

Families who wish to change their child’s program enrollment may do so using the Program Enrollment Change Form corresponding to their child’s school, linked below. The forms will be available online from Monday, December 14 through 5:00 pm on Friday, December 18.  Families who complete the Change Form will be committing to a program for weeks 21 through 30 (February 1, 2021 through April 16, 2021).

Families who do not wish to change their child’s enrollment do not need to complete the form. Children of families who do not complete the Change Form will remain in their current program.

Yellow-Zone Testing

In order for the NWCSD to remain open while in a Yellow Zone, we must conduct screening tests on 20 percent of the in-person students and staff over a two-week period.  Students and staff members will be randomly chosen from a pool of individuals who have given consent to testing.  Should the results of those tests show a lower infection rate than the designated zone’s infection rate, our schools will remain open and no further testing will be required.

***As of this morning, we have booked Aveanna Health Care to administer the BINAXNow rapid test at the High School ALC on the following dates: 12/22, 12/23 and 12/29, between 7:00am and 3:00pm. Your child’s building will be contacting you to reserve a time slot for testing if you previously gave consent for testing. 

The test is the less invasive Nostril Swab – Results within 2 hours.

Dismissal/Pickup Notes

  • Don’t bring extra people if you don’t have to. We need to reduce number of people gathered in the gym.
  • Please leave immediately after you get your child(ren). This allows the next parent to come in as quickly as possible
  • While in the gym please stay socially distanced.

    • Please join us for our virtual reading of the Grinch
    • Enjoy hot chocolate and popcorn was sent home with your student to enjoy during the reading
    • We will do a group drawing activity after the reading
    • Please ensure your devices are muted and that only 1 device per family joins to ensure there’s room for everyone.
