Drop Off in the Morning

• Do not let kids out of car before 9am. THERE IS NO SUPERVISION BEFORE 9AM.

New Business

2019/2020 Yearbooks have been Delivered

• There are a few extra yearbooks available for anyone that has issues or didn’t receive theirs.
• Virtual kids are receiving their yearbooks at packet pickups.

Virtual Picture Day – 10/28

• Students by last name schedule at LifeTouch Studios
• If you are uncomfortable or cannot make the picture day at LifeTouch, photos can be submitted in via Email. Information on where to send photos will be sent out soon. There is plenty of time before the deadline in the early spring of next year.

In Person Retakes – 11/19

• If you are unhappy with your photos, simply send them back in with your child on retake day. Students absent on the original picture day can make them up as well.

HALLOWEEN

• Kids can dress up, will be doing individual parades. Please do not send in treats and candy. Parents are not allowed in the school at this time. The school will be filming the individual parades and will provide a video link out to parents.
• In Virtual classrooms Teachers will be compiling virtual scrapbooks of submitted Halloween attire to share within the class.

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES

• 10/30 / 11/6 – Half Days for Parent Teacher Conferences.

COMMITMENT FORMS

• Forms are due on Friday 10/16 – You only need to submit if you are changing your current program. New programs start on 11/17 and continue through the remainder of the school year.
• Any issues/problems please address to Superintendent
• Asynchronous days have been added to the calendar. No students will report in person on the following days. Information about how to login in/check in for attendance purposes will be communicated soon.
