Treasurer Report
Approximately $45,000 in current account and $25,000 is left to pay out by the end of the school year.
- The PTO is looking to push more of the larger fundraisers and eliminate more of the smaller ones.
- The interactive room was designated $10,000 to help create the room.
- Square one art is a new fundraiser.
- Frank’s 5th grade students are requesting a water fountain that made for water bottles.
- There may be money available to help contribute in the cause from the 5th grade promotion budget line.
- The 5th graders will send a letter to Wegman’s to request a food donation for their promotion to help offset the costs to go towards the water fountain.
- Volunteers are still needed for the 5th grade lunch.
Fundraising:
Discussed creating a letter to go out to families thanking them for their continued support. We would like to have 3/4 major fundraisers for the year 2020/2021 and eliminate all others.
- Merry Moose Shop will return next year.
Valentine Day Sales– Sold during lunch on the 13th and 14th
- Interactive Room- classroom can earn the privilege of using the room or will be available to students that have sensory needs when supervised by support staff. The room will be open the week after winter break.
- We will be using Interstate Picture Company in the 2020-2021
- Business networking can happen at the BASH
- The next meeting will be held on 3/12/2020.
- Box Tops- Bounce Magic Sheets
- Basket Raffle baskets are due by 2/7, wrap day is 2/13 and the event will be held on 3/6 from 5-8.
