  • Poinsettia Sale- Profit $792.30
  • Errick Road Bash- Profit $4157
  • Winter Wonderland
    • Craft- Went well, good volunteer support.
    • Merry Moose Shop- asked for feedback on what people thought. Committee will be put together to develop a survey to send to families to help plan for next year. Do we keep shopping at night or bring into school for all students to shop during the day.
  • Errick Road Coin Challenge-Profit thus far $847- for PBIS Still waiting for 1 container to be counted.
  • Spirit Wear- Took a long time to run this sale and a lot of room for errors with the manually process of it. We will look into different ordering options to make it less work for the people running the sale. Refunds were given to people that did not get their orders on time or at all.

  • Thank you notes / Letters to BEN- Flowers for Mrs. Antonelli for the loss of her brother and GC to Santa for attending the Winter Wonderland event.
  • Stars for giving –373 gifts we were able to donate

Upcoming Fundraisers:

    • Basket Auction- March 1st from 5-8- Committee members are meeting and receiving donations.

 

  • Fowler’s Chocolates- Discuss next meeting.

 

New Items:

 

  • Parent night for Center for Missing & Exploited Children (Nora)- Very important to find ways to get more families to attend. A PTO meeting will be held for Missing and Exploited Children in October 2019.
  • Teacher appreciation gift towards their holiday party at NYBP- give a $200 gift card to go to the holiday party in January.
  • NW received a permanent grant for Pre-K. 141 spots. NW gets to decide the curriculum and is a full day. Transportation is not provided.

 

 

Events:

  • Volunteer Appreciation Happy Hour – Canal Club 62 630 pm-9 Food will be provided
  • Punch-A-Thon (Kenpo Karate) – $20 per child –All money raised will go to BEN
  • Lego Club- Send in applications- first come first serve
  • Grinch Box Tops- Not counted – Next one is February
  • Art Show- Meeting took place on 1/7 and projects should be done by 4/30. The art show will be held on Tuesday May 22nd from 6-8. Set up will take place the day before. Family work station will be available again this year. Tear down will take place the day after. Kona Ice will take the place of ice cream that was handed out to kids last year.
