Particpants will become fluent using arrays\, chip models\, area models\, partial products and the standard method to solve problems. Presenters will explain why each strategy builds on each other and supports students on their path to the standard method. \nFacilitated by Christal Justiana- Riddle; Math Specialist and Jenn Golias; Teacher on Special Assignment for Professional Development. \n\nDoes your child’s math homework look like a foreign language?
